"My experience was a terrible experience for my family. From pool parties being pushed out to 1am constantly waking up my 5 month old. Neighbors not picking up after there pets. The worst of them was the office and maintenance. Jessica was the absolute worst. When we first moved in the place dirty. We were promised updated cabinets and fixtures which we did not get and charged for. Our kitchen sink collapsed four months into our lease . There permanent fix was using 2x4s under the sink to hold the sink up. My wife works remote from home maintenance would allow their self in on non emergency requests. A few times they walk in on my wife when nursing. I brought it to Jessica attention and she called my wife a liar. Very unprofessional. So glad we no longer live there. Josh from the office was our only great experience from this place. He really did try to make our stay pleasant. We appreciate you Josh."

"Before I signed my lease I informed them that I was starting school and did not want to live under someone with a dog. When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned properly. The toilet was not working and the upstairs neighbor has a dog. My mom found a pair of old underwear when cleaning behind the washer and dryer. I also had to rent a carpet cleaner because there was fur and hair throughout the apartment. The neighbors dog sheds on the balcony. The leasing office lied about talking with the neighbor and has not followed up with them in regards to placing a rug. I do not sleep in due to hearing the neighbor stomp as soon as they wake up at 7 am Monday-Saturday. Throughout the evening you can hear them walking and the dog running. I would not recommend living here, especially for the price. The only positive is the turn around time for maintenance."

"I’ve been here for a little over a month now and slowly settling in, so I can finally leave a review as I planned to do (lol). This is a beautiful property and I am enjoying it so far. I personally never do reviews, but I had to leave this extensive one just for Manny! On my very first day on the property & receiving my keys, Manny came to me and introduced himself, which I appreciated. Very personable, positive individual, and quickly gets things taken care of. Very hard working, as I see him often around the property now that I’ve been here a few weeks. I had an issue when I first moved in with my unit, but because Manny took the time to personally introduce himself to me the first day, I felt comfortable enough to quickly find him to seek help with the issue. He made one phone call and the issue was planned to be taken care of immediately. For me to be on a strict timeline to get out of my old place, I really appreciate that as it taken care of just in time for me to meet that deadline! Thank you, Manny for your dedication and positivity in all you do around here!"

"The apartment is Beautiful!! We moved in last September and have not had one bad experience. The maintenance is swift and competent, any problems we had were fixed in a few days. The people at the office were truly a highlight for us, so kind and knowledgeable. Josh was really our mvp helped us when we were moving in all the way to our move out process. Everyone I have spoken to here was very professional and kind. Now the property itself is near the Airport and trains so you do hear them often but as long as you have your windows closed it isn't so bad. You really Can't beat how reasonable the rent is considering how cute the apartment looks!!"
