"Real rating ZERO stars!!! I lived here for a year. It was by far the WORST experience. I had the unit with a sunroom/den, very spacious and my building was quiet so no issue or concerns there. My issue was with the management and their lack of concern when I reported the water bugs, the dog hair, and stains on my carpet. I was probably 30-45 days into my lease when I really started to notice the pet hair. I've never had a pet. I was not able to walk around my house with just socks on or sit on my floor because of the excessive amount of dog hair. When I made an in-person verbal report about the hair the response was "Well you're more than welcome to get the carpets cleaned at your own expense". The response was the same when I made a verbal in person report about the stains in the carpet that were appearing after it had been walked on and the freshly "cleaned” look wore off. After about 90 days I noticed the water bugs were making themselves at home. I fully understand that the area is wooded and there is a pond/lake on the premises, but the lack of concern but the staff and statement of “well they don’t bite” really had me left speech I asked about pest control I was told I could be put on the list and they would get to me in a couple of weeks, but in the meantime I can fumigate myself. EDIT Aisha considering you're the one that gave me these responses I'd rather speak to someone who is a little higher up and more professional than you. Thanks, but no thanks."
"This branch has been sitting in front of my building since the 19th! It’s taking up our parking spaces! I’ve been living here for a year and I hate it! Aisha is the worst when it comes to responding to emails! She’s also very unprofessional when it comes to her mannerisms! Like stated in other reviews, trash is hit or miss. We currently have to 2 trash bags waiting to be picked up. I wouldn’t mind taking them to the dump myself, but we’re PAYING for it to be picked up! Just like we’re paying for pest control service and I have yet to see anybody come spray! Unless, we have to request it. But then, why are being charged monthly for it?! The place itself is ok, but all these random fees that were added on after we signed our lease are ridiculous. We should’ve been told before hand. They’ll be nice to you right when you sign your lease afterwards they’ll treat you like you’re bothering them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!"
"I wish I never saw this place. I was going to wait to review until I had moved out, as to not cause any issues, but it just gets worse and worse every day. The front desk is very nice until you sign your paperwork and then they could not care less about you. Maintenance has come in without even knocking on two separate occasions. They never give any notice as to when maintenance will be coming anyway. The one time they did give notice they gave me the wrong date so I missed school and work waiting for them to not come until the next day. Why would I need maintenance? Well the ceiling is cracking, the closet doors are falling off the track, the toilet was not attached to the floor properly, half the outlets do not work, and this is just the tip of the issues. The office is extremely unhelpful and refuse to say they were wrong about something so they will send you on a wild goose chase rather than say they were wrong and give you the easy answer. I would call and complain but the office won’t answer their phone at any time of day. It’s rare for me to even get a response to my email. If I could move out early without being charged extreme fees I would’ve moved out after my first month. I spent a ton of money on insurance that met their requirements, and after a month they said they had new requirements and was going to add another fee to our rent regardless. Speaking of things added after the first month of being here: they added a no smoking rule. I love this because I personally do not smoke, but if you’re going to make this a rule please enforce it because I am tired of my apartment complex smelling like weed all the time. Finally the valet trash is extremely hit or miss. My building currently has at least two bags of trash outside of every person’s door because it hasn’t been taken in a week and a half. This is ridiculous."
"I was so excited when my Partner and I got approved which didn’t take long . We were very excited to move in . We love the set up and we had brand new appliances and fresh carpet ! We feel at home and love all the features that came with the stay . The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful . It’s very clean environment. I love the position of my apartment it’s close to the lake and very peaceful."
"I toured this property in June. The base rent for a one bedroom (not upgraded) was around $1220 for the smallest unit and $1400 for upgraded. They also have a larger floor plan with a den that starts around $1500-1600. The additional monthly charges included $35 Dwelo (keypad entry and smart thermostat) $65 Wi-Fi (Airwave service provider) $30 property maintenance $25 valet trash. The upgrades include stainless steel appliances and the painted blue bottom cabinets (top cabinets are white) and the light stone colored backsplash. The non-upgraded units include the the black appliances and dark backsplash which don’t look bad in my opinion. The units only have ceiling fans in the living room. Ceiling fans can be installed by the property for $125 each. I noticed trash bags sitting outside the doors waiting for valet, not in the supplied bins. Also it was around 4pm, so I noticed bugs in the walkways as well. There is a $30 property maintenance fee but the grounds do not look well kept (see pic of “dog park”). The pool area and pond are really nice. There are grills available and tenants are allowed to fish in the pond. This is a gated community but the gate was missing at my visit awaiting repair according to the leasing agent, who was really nice by the way (Avery). There’s also 24 hour access to the gym. I just personally felt like the units were overpriced and old even though they are marketed as upgraded. Garages were $135 a month I believe which is overpriced as well."
