"Avril is in a perfect location! So much convenience to living here as Avril is surrounded with cool places to frequently visit. I have lived here since March of 2022 and I have seen lots of growth. The dog park is a great amenity as well as the pool and gym. The package room has recently been updated and it’s very easy to access. Kenny and Farrah are both very kind and helpful. I can call them, email them, or walk into office any time and feel right at home with them. They both have a sense of pride when it comes to our community and it is infectious. They’re both very humorous and they’re always themselves. Another thing that I love about Kenny and Farrah is that they’re social and love to bring our community together. All of the residents here are so nice as well. I feel safe here. And that is why I resigned my lease today! Very happy to start off my New Year on a good note. I also want to shout out the maintenance team! Amari is always working hard to ensure all needs are met in the community. Thank you all for everything you do. It does NOT go unnoticed."

"Kenny goes above and beyond to help residence when they need assistance. Very personable and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed into the community Farrah brings a warm light when you have any type of interaction with her, she is so helpful, kind and caring. Also she is always super helpful and if she does not have the answer she will get it for you. Can honestly say this has been my best apartment complex to live in, all the residence are nice and management is great and friendly. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a luxury apartment"
