"I bought a jeep here older so being a 2005 it’s gonna have minor issues it’s old understandable, I have two minor issues the connector to the starter was bad but Shelby had my jeep towed to her shop and had it replaced for me greatly appreciated, today I went to an oil change place and they checked it told me the smoking fumes smell is from a bad oil pan dripping onto the gasket or some sort of that took photos and showed me. Now the whole muffler is rusted and needs changing, the actuator in the air conditioning dash is clocking everytime I turn my car on there’s been too many issues to count as a dealer you should be thoroughly checking over cars and not just slapping a price tag on it I will never buy from here again and I would say stay away from this place hopefully it gets shut down I’ve had auto repair shops warn me about battaglia and tell me I signed a deal with the devil. Hopefully you use my experience as a reason to try elsewhere. still haven’t even received my title from DMV because they put old address on there makes no sense. Too many car problems"

I believe my expectations for the price range of the car I purchased were exceeded and they were easy to work with and made good on a promise to replace some belts that were squealing without giving me a hard time. "Went in to purchase a truck. Attempted to take it for a test drive and was accompanied by a very rude and nasty guy. He insisted that he wouldn't waste his time taking the car for a full test drive or even go on the expressway. He said the most I would get was a few streets or so. As soon as I got in the truck, he told me this. Then I responded with "well how can I try it out to see if its something that I would like to purchase. He says "well you won't be buying this truck then". I said well I guess I will not be buying here. I then took him back to the shop after only driving around the block. Glad I didn't spend my money here and the truck was loud as I drove it. Would not recommend doing business here at all."
