"Southwood Realty DO not care about they'residents. I'm not one to do reviews or give bad reviews because i do believe one had experience shouldn't dictate the future. This company is all about money regardless of the circumstances and quick to take you to court. The people they have managing is terrible. They will say or do anything to get you in and then it's over. No answering the phone, work orders left undone, broken promises but they want the money. I can't wait until my lease is up IF I stay that long. I wanted to give zero stars if possible. Take your chances if you want to but you'll soon find out."

"Do not move here if it's on a more permanent basis. After only one year, they raised my rent $50 a month, and if I didn't sign a 15 month lease the second year, it would have been even more. Regardless of my payment history, which NEVER incurred a late fee. I rented a house in Cramerton for 4 years, yes 4 years and my rent NEVER was increased. They've got you over a barrel (per say).. Don't do it.."
