"I have to say I’m very very disappointed in the service I received on my big day, me and my bridal party had to sit in silence because the driver wouldn’t help us figure out how to get the music going we asked him multiple time to help but choose to ignore us. I then called and a manager got in the phone and said he will call me back when he heard the drivers side and never contacted me again I would never recommend this place to anyone at all"
"I used Broward Limousines for my wedding just 3 weeks ago and was truly disappointed. I had 3 vehicles in total: an antique car, a party bus for my bridal party and a bus to pick up my hotel guests. Although confirming with the office 3-4 times prior to the wedding, 2 of the 3 vehicles didn’t show up on time. The party bus that was supposed to pick up my bridal party was an hour late. I was told that the AC broke the morning of and they fixed it and that’s what caused the delay. At no point was I called to be informed of the delay. This caused my bridesmaids to arrive late to my wedding and delayed my ceremony. The driver was unapologetic and rude to my bridesmaids who were rightfully frustrated. Next, the bus was supposed to pick up my guests from 2 different hotels. I told the office that we had 70 hotel rooms booked so we would expect about 140 people to be taking the hotel shuttles (75% of our guests) and requested 4 pick up times. The bus fits about 50 people so the 4 trips would be sufficient. The first pick up was supposed to be at our primary hotel and was reserved for family to get to our venue early for family photos. The driver had incorrect information and started his pick up at the wrong hotel. Instead of calling the office to confirm he had the right information or calling me, he sat at the wrong hotel and waited for guests to show up, while our family members waited 30-45 minutes to be picked, thus delaying our family photos. When our family was calling us frantically that the bus didn’t show up, it was impossible to get in touch with anyone at Broward. It was after 6 so the office was closed and the phone would ring and ring and then just hang up. I even resorted to emailing RJ and Vanessa with the subject line “please call me immediately, the bus did not show up to the hotel”. We finally got in touch with dispatch through one of the earlier drivers. Eventually my guests all arrived and missed half or all of the cocktail hour. What frustrates me the most is although I sent that email, no one reached out to me to apologize. I called them the Tuesday after my wedding (3 days later) and only then did they apologize. Take accountability for your mistakes. You embarrassed me and my husband on our wedding day. This wasn’t a minor screw up, the majority of my guests were impacted. I was offered an airport pick up for my honeymoon and I declined. I had no faith that they would have shown up."

"We used Broward for transportation as a shuttle for our wedding at The Loft at the end of April. Communication was great through all the bookings, appointments, etc. Holly was very easy to work with and was great through and through. 2 days before our wedding, I have a call with Holly to get the balance owed including gratuity and I'm told to give it to Renee (who would be driving the shuttle bus home) at the end of the night. Great! However, the day of our wedding comes and we have a van and a shuttle getting the guests to the venue from the hotel. The shuttle van stopped us in the middle of pictures to ask about money and we tell him we'd spoken to Holly about when and who to pay, he calls someone to confirm, and eventually leaves but not before telling my husband he wasn't getting tipped from the lump of money we're paying at the end of the night, so my husband gives him whatever cash was in his wallet. We're about to line up to walk down the aisle and I'm told Renee is hounding my husband for payment, then moved on to my father who had literally nothing to do with payment or booking, then a bridesmaid. Eventually I had one of my other bridesmaids go down to figure out what was happening and told him the money was in an envelope that was coming to him at the end of the night. This guy literally held up the ceremony because he was demanding immediate payment for a job that wasn't even done yet, on top of the fact that I'd been told by his boss that it wasn't supposed to go to him until the night was over. I understand a miscommunication, it happens, but you legitimately delayed my wedding and were flat out rude. How is this good service? You couldn't maybe make a call to someone from the company to clarify instead of doing whatever the hell it was that you were doing? The vehicles were clean, nice, and on time, so I guess if you book with Broward maybe request that Renee isn't a driver."
