"The leasing office does not care about residents. I’ve expressed my concerns about noise complaints numerous times and nothing has been done, even though I know something can be. The leasing staff and manager Marvin act as though they cannot do their jobs and investigate any complaints. They will give you every excuse and tell you to call everyone else because things are “out of their control” when that is a complete lie. The security that we are supposed to call at night barely comes. I will be contacting corporate and hopefully they can do something about the carelessness of the leasing office to the tenants here. Also, there are petty charges for trash when we already pay $35 for valet in rent every month when valet may OR may not pick up your trash. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone! Especially if you expect your home to be your place of peace."

"Close to great amenities! Next to shopping centers and within walking distance to Harris Teeter. You really don’t even need to use your car for your day to day things except if you need to commute to work! Relatively quiet and pet friendly. Great location!"

"These are by far the worst leasing office agents that the complex has ever had. Not only do they not care about the residents safety, they are also extremely rude, especially Anthony. The amenities are constantly broken, malfunctioning, or destroyed and never fixed. The buildings in the complex all require key fobs to get in, however, the doors are never working and haven't been for months, therefore the extra layer of safety and pre caution becomes null and void. On top of that, the clubhouse is dirty and someone chose to vomit all in the common areas this morning. This complex used to be tidy, kept, and clean up until about a year or two ago when the leasing office changed the entire staff. Marvin, who is also a part of the leasing office staff, is pretty attentive when it comes to raising issues and concerns, but even if the leasing office doesn't care about the residents --- they should at least act like they do."

"We have been living for almost four years, and it is because we find this place great. We love the layout and windows of our unit. We get lots of natural light. The grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, and pharmacies are nearby. Fortunately, the area is very walkable, which we like too. We are happy that the current management has started to organize various events again with additional perks. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fortunately, we haven't had any significant issues here."

"We love this place and have lived here for almost four years. We love our unit with the huge windows. We get much natural light. We are close to grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacy. Luckily, the area is very walkable, which we also like. We are happy with the current management. The leasing office and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They have started organizing various events again."
