"My girlfriend just moved in recently and we love the community but we were worried about theft and burglaries that have been on a rise in the area. But more recently I noticed you guys got an Armed Security Officer which makes this place seem a lot safer and more pleasant to live in. Thank you guys for this upgrade in property management. Definitely feels a lot safer when walking the dogs knowing someone is looking out for us"

"This place has become worse and worse. It’s becoming dirty in all buildings, there’s bugs everywhere they don’t replace their cheap air filters unless you put in a work order. Staff never picks up the phone but they are there I don’t know what they’re doing cause the work here is very minimal. Pool is been closed most of the summer with a pump or motor issue every week which is starting to be ridiculous, it’s excuses after excuses there’s never been a pool problem up until this summer. I suggest to residents to start getting in touch with the property management of this place as we have started to do so, the incompetence here has gotten real unfortunately."

Take the advice of the many many reviews below and do your family and yourself a favor and live elsewhere. My partner and I are trapped here until our lease is us. We live in an inhabitant apartment due to roaches. In addition, it’s almost the middle of summer and we would love to relax in the pool we pay for, but due to their incompetence, we cannot. Not to mention the lack communication from Horizon and their managing company The Carroll Companies. Please keep healthy and don’t subject yourself to the torture of living here. My partner and I have thrown away $100’s in food and spent hours cleaning this apartment of roaches. They finally got an exterminator out here which did not fix the issue. No accountability, no communication, and no assistance from leadership."

"I hope this review finds everyone well! I have to say K Bradley is absolutely amazing! Since the first time I visited the property, it was love at first sight! The kitchen is absolutely breathtaking! Even though I visited a model for synergy, I ended up with a harmony unit that is absolutely perfect! I have to say coming to this property and meeting with K. Bradley has been such an easy-going experience! In addition, the management (Kathryn ) team also is very effective and they were very welcoming when I got to the property! I was able to do all of my paperwork as well as verifications very promptly! I was recommended from a coworker to work with her and I have to say that her warm personality as well as her communication is top notch! I look forward to being a part of the community, as well as raising my son and such a beautiful place! Overall, I am so impressed with the sauna, the pool and outside kitchen! Let me just say this you give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed one of the things that I want me over was in the shower. Oh my god absolutely gorgeous. I cannot wait to decorate my new home."

"I put in an application and received no response. Had to keep calling them! Submitted my pay statements and bank statements 3 times. Gave them the info for my employment, my rental history and 11 days later they can't get it right. The assistant manager is rude and unwelcoming . I work in the same industry and if one of our office staff carried on like this, for sure some write ups would have taken place. Again, very unwelcoming. Paid my app fee for absolutely nothing! Needless to say, I applied elsewhere and got approved 1 day later. Got an email today from Horizon having the nerve to say they the same documents! Disgusting!!!!!"
