"From the beginning of my search to moving to Yorktowne through the end of my lease term, it was a positive experience all because of Donna. Donna was very responsive, consistent, and most importantly caring throughout me and my husband's entire time here. The complex is beautiful and well taken cared of. The complex is off the main road, so definitely a lot quiet and little to no traffic. We felt safe on the property and our neighbors were pleasant. Our townhouse was cozy and perfect for two people to have enough space. Maintenance responded promptly and efficiently. We always had parking in front of our home. The only thing I would improve is the size of the gym. The gym is very small and would have liked a bigger gym with more workout machines to accommodate the complex. Otherwise if we did not have to leave I would have renewed our lease."
