"I got my car serviced here for about a year and a half. I thought I needed to get my break pads changed and mentioned it at one of my service appointments and at the time they said they were fine. Maybe 5-6 months later I’ve had the car serviced again twice with no mention of breaks. I then have an issue with my transmission and mechanic informs me the break pads are in horrible condition and that they should have been replaced awhile ago and could have caused me and my family a serious accident. I will never come here again and drive to a place much further away rather than coming here"

"Unfortunately wouldn’t work on my imported Civic due to vin issues on their end. It’s a shame because despite that I’ve had good service before. Please let me know if policies change and I will amend my review. Thank you."

"They did a good job with work on my car. HOWEVER, I fail to understand why they charge so much for a simple filter. They upcharge their own clients and it's really bad. I probably won't come back, simply for this reason."

"i brought my new honda pilot into bay ridge honda twice so far. Both times, my partner and I were treated with courtesy and respect. The first time the service dept could not find the problem I was having with the car shutting down. The second time, I think, and I am sure hoping they found the problem. It has been a week, but so far, the car is driving well. Gaetano and staff showed us empathy and concern for our vehicle and our safety. Their team was patient with us and listened to our concerns. I would recommend them highly. Even though its far for us, I would not hesitate to bring the car back here even for just an oil change. I think its important to have a history with one place and stick with it. Also the waiting room is very comfortable and clean. They seem to have a very systematic process once you bring your car in until you pick it up. Everyone we have met there seems happy at their job, nobody was sour or treated us adversely. I hope that everyone has the same experience we received."

"Anytime I come to get my car serviced, Susan always makes sure I’m good. She really goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. Susan always keeps me informed and up to date about everything that’s going on. She even provided me a courtesy car for the time my vehicle was being repaired. I’ll always recommend anyone to work with Susan for sure. Someone give her a raise!"
