"I don't leave many bad reviews. Normally, I would just take my business elsewhere, but the more I thought about this, and the company saying that I am a potential "FRAUDSTER" I couldn't let this go. And this to me is well deserved. I purchased from these guys online this past Sunday with my credit card, that I've had for years. It wasn't much, $120 for a trigger. Everything went through and I thought that I was good to go. Next morning my order had been canceled. They canceled my order first, instead of doing the decent thing and letting me know first. I had to email them to see why my order had been canceled. They did email me back stating that they use a company called No Fraud, and that I didn't pass their security analysis, and pretty much calling me a "fraudster". Unbelievable! I have purchased thousands of dollars from other online gun stores and have never seen this! I used this same card to purchase a $2,500 Daniel Defense ar10 a month ago from Tombstone Tactical! On this purchase, I was using the same address for shipping that's on my credit card for billing, I've lived at the same place for over two years. Anyways, I got what I was after within a few minutes of being canceled at Optics Planet! Buyer beware, especially with the holidays coming up. Just because your order goes through with this company doesn't mean that you are getting your items you just purchased!"
