"It is unconscionable that I should have to call Dana Ford attempting to speak with Keith Curran , Service Manager four days in a row without 1 call back! I had spoken with Diane , Mr. Curran ‘s assistant, numerous times who sent him messages marked “ URGENT” and still no callback. I had asked for Mr. Curran‘s supervisor and was told there was no one else to speak with that was above him. I have never seen such unprofessional, discourteous service in my life after purchasing a $20,000 car! This was my first car, having the option mechanism of when you stop the car at a red light or in traffic the car stops. and I thought it was the battery. Not one of the service technicians explained to me that this option was part of the car itself and they told me I needed to buy a new battery which they installed and charge me over $200. I never needed a new battery I needed to have it explained to me that the car will stop at a red light or when in traffic so they ripped me off for the battery which was not needed. There was only 3000 miles on this car when I bought it. I looked under the hood of the car and there was a new battery in the car. It’s unbelievable that a manager can’t take five seconds out of his day to call a customer back! After getting such apathetic treatment Mr. Curran should be fired! So Mr. Curran leaves a response on December 8, 2023 to my review which was posted December 7, 2023 with a phone number to call him which I really should not have done. He should’ve called me but nonetheless, I called only to be told he was busy and he’ll get back to me. That was five hours ago! His response was only to make himself look good, and he has done nothing at all calling me back to resolving this issue. The worst! I have yet to hear from Keith Curran at Dana Ford all this time!! I am calling the Better Business Bureau and the attorney generals office regarding Mr. Keith Curran’s apathetic response or should I say lack of response to a customer and also to complain that the sales person who assisted me in the purchase of my vehicle Ford Eco sport 2019 did not inform me of an activation device that stops the car at red lights, or in traffic and I was told that I needed a new battery, which I did not. Keith Curran needs to be scrubbing toilets, not working in customer service management for a car dealership!"
"I came to see how many bad reviews your dealership had since my horrible experience last March. I am please to see that it appears that “The Owner” is replying to the reviews. Hopefully it actually is him and not one of the scammers he has working for him. I purchased a vehicle from your lot on March 25th and the next day I noticed wheel damage. I called my salesman and manager and they stroked me for weeks. When I looked at the pictures that your salesman sent me you can clearly see the damage before I ever stepped foot on your lot. Doug is extremely useless as a manager when it comes to customer service and I hope at some point you realize it. That guy should be cleaning bathrooms and not dealing with dissatisfied customers. I would love for the owner to call me. Look me up. I purchased a 2022 mustang GT/CS on March 25th 2023. I’m sure Doug remembers me…I’m the guy that had to get a wheel repaired and a new tire for a brand new car because he sucks at his job."

Haven't had a bad experience since they brought my first lease to me and I was pleased with the transition to my new lease. Smooth to say the least. My sales person Nick is a great guy to deal with.
