"I've lived in Egret Crossing for 2 years and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Everyone here is super nice. .. from the residents, to the office manager, to the maintenance guys. Per the review that I just saw, I've never had anyone enter my apartment without permission. I felt compelled to write this review. These apartments are well maintained, clean and the landscape is taken care of. Egret is a great place to live in Southport, and centrally located to everything. So, yes, 10's across the board."

"I have lived here 5 years and the mgmt in the last 4 years or so have made such astonishing improvements. I feel completely safe around every tenant and we all look out for each other. The staff make amazing improvements every year. They put a privacy fence up, update our grounds consistantly, put in a fenced in dog park per request of many tenants, maintenance available 24hr/day and so friendly, there is so much more. The on site manager is the nicest person and is so understanding. She's just great! It's an amazing place to live! Can't say enough about it."

"Living at Egret Crossing was a good choice for me. The convenience of being close to both Oak Island and Southport, with main roads is a winner. The apartments and property are very well kept.
