"I can't even begin to express how wonderful my experience with Thriftway Auto Collision has been. I will start off by saying that when they were finished with my car it looked Un-friggin-believable! It literally looked like new. I am the original owner of a 2013 Audi A5 and have always taken very good care of it. I was so bummed when someone drove into it in a parking lot. I have never used Thriftway, I only went there by referral and I am so happy I did. The first day I went in there to check out the establishment, I was pleasantly greeted by Linda; she works behind the desk (sweetheart). Then I had the pleasure of meeting Steve (super nice guy). He came out from the garage to look at the damage. I was impressed that he was so detail oriented and went over everything with a fine-tooth comb. Linda and Steve were awesome! They made me feel very welcomed and I felt very comfortable that they were very experienced and knowledgeable. The two of them made everything so easy for me too. They literally took care of everything. They handled all the details with the insurance company, made appointment with adjuster, and even set me up with a car rental. The day I dropped off my car I met with Chris. Once I met him, I knew my car was going to be in good hands. He is very professional and genuinely a kind man. He kept me informed the entire time of how my car was progressing and went above and beyond to take care of me. I couldn't believe when I picked up my car how amazing it looked! They even went as far as completely detailing it. Beautiful! I love it! :) I can't thank Chris, Steve and Linda enough for the great work they did. Hands down the Best Body Shop!"

Steve and his crew thoroughly checked the car and found every little damaged piece under the car. They made sure everything was fixed with factory parts too.
