"Driver had no mask or shield or anything to keep my 5 passangers safe from the virus which to me is very unprofessional. I had 5 passengers going from Lindenhurst to jfk. I agreed on a GMC Yukon to fit all my passengers wit 8 suitcases. When they arrived late(i dont know how considering there based out of Lindenhurst) it was a different vehicle which barely fit my passengers and could only take 4 suitcases. But since it wasnt a XL Suv only 2 suitcases fit in trunk the other 2 were ontop of my cramped passengers. When i called to complain i was told from dispatch manager that since my passengers are already in the car i cannot get a refund or alternate price. I tryed to ask why and was hung up on and I spent a hr trying to call back even from another phone but as soon as i said the last name on my reservation i would be hung up on. i was clearly treated unfairly and scammed. DO NOT GO HERE."

Will never call them again. Had to take an Uber since I waited for over an hour and a half and they never returned calls."
