"Sad how they can charge so much for rent in the projects. Almost same rules as government subsidies housing. Inspections every 6 months? Not worth it. You can live cheaper and more comfortable a few more blocks from the beach."
"Living out here is great. The only issue I had that I really didn't like or thought wasnt fair was when they threw my grill away to the dumpster. They left a note in the door saying no grills by the door but I see people with grill by their door as of today. So I just didn't think that was fair because I like to cook out as well for my kids."
"You get what you pay for. Management does what they want and because it is government owned, they treat their tenants like that of imprisoned jailmates. Horrible experience and would not recommend anyone remotely thinking they should become a tenant here. If I breathe wrong, I was in violation of the lease. Signing that lease was one of the worst experiences ever in life. So many rules and stipulations just to pay a monthly rent to lay your head down."
"Beautiful apartments, unfortunately they continue to advertise on apartment finder and other websites despite having a waiting list of 120+ people...so it is my understanding that they collect an application fee & put a person on the wait list but they have nothing available. In other words - they'll have nothing available for a good year or two but they'll gladly take your money & info. Their advice to me was to get on their waiting list, rent a place for a year, and then move into their units. Seriously? I'd have loved to have had the opportunity to become a tenant, but I'm extremely put off by what I view as false advertising."
