Aviary Village Apartments

"I lived here in 2021. I liked all the natural trails and practically ON the golf course beautifully tucked away minutes from everything and the beach Access. The building courtyards offer community. Courtyards make it easy to speak to neighbors and safer for children with more eyes helping keep them safe. I noticed cars pull in park in a dark area and sit a while that's the worse I ever saw besides loads of wildlife cool trails ponds and sure the apt is awesome. Clean."

"Nice staff! Apartments are VERY OUTDATED!!! I lived there a few years ago and Pauline and Larry were both nice. The apartments were very old and I lived on the 3rd floor and the roof leaked constantly. There were large roaches or waterbugs or something that just walked the block at night like they were on foot patrol. They were literally hanging around outside. There was occasionally a snake or two that would creep up from the pond and hang out by the mailboxes or in the bushes. But, otherwise the staff was nice, maintenance was usually prompt."

"I lived at Aviary Village while I was a visiting professor at Coastal Carolina University. I really enjoyed living there! The area is secluded and quiet, with lots of greenery around so walking my dog was always enjoyable. The apartments are really spacious and have large windows and glass balcony doors that allow a lot of sunlight in. The property manager Terry is exceptionally professional! She is very helpful and responds to your inquiries or concerns immediately! I would definitely recommend this place and would live there again if I ever move back to the Conway area. Great apartment!"

"Me and boyfriend just got a place here in aviary village. Terry is the manager and let me tell you what...SHES AMAZING! awesome personality, very helpful in every way that she can be. We are in love with our apartment. It is very spacious for us too, child and dog or cat friendly! Awesome pool, playground for the little ones, a gym, and even an area to have a bbq and play some corn hole! I couldn’t be anymore happy!! It’s all so so perfect. we’re very excited for this journey!"
