"Hudson Carolina Forest is the epitome of the full package. It’s not only about how nice and clean the apartments are, that’s a minimum requirement. I’m more impressed with the level of detail and service that the staff here gives to not only their residents, but their own staff as well. I signed this lease without even visiting the apartment because my gut told me that this is the right place. Prior to signing, management and I communicated extensively(specifically Morgan and Brooke). They answered all my questions very quickly and the process was smooth. Then once I arrived to the leasing office, they welcomed me with true genuine service. Even the mass emails that they send to all the residents; you can tell that they are very organized and extremely attentive to their residents and Staff. Great job Hudson Carolina Forest. I know I signed a 7 month lease but I most likely will be renewing! If you want a nice place to live and cool staff, this is hands down the spot to be and I’ve lived at multiple apartments in different states and this is the best one without a doubt!"

"This is the first apartment I've lived in, in probably 40 years. Lori, Brooke, Morgan and the Kevin's are all just absolutely excellent people. The property is fabulous. I have absolutely no complaints with one exception, mandatory valet trash removal. Other than that If I could I would give the maintenance, management and property 10 Stars. It's that good."
