"I want to give a big shout out to Bill, Steve, Brandon and Adam who took exceptional care of me. I never thought I would be able to rent a Specialized Levo to go mountain biking for 4 days while visiting Raleigh. It was such a delight to be able to ride the same bike I have at home. They truly went above and beyond to fit the rental to my metrics (height and weight) and they helped me load the 50 pound bike in my car. They gave me excellent advice about the trails and where I could go for single track rides as well as easier gravel paths. They are such a kind and friendly bunch on top of being smart and informative. They are the exact people you want to do business with!!! Thank you Team!!! I’m very grateful and I’ll be back!!!"
