"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I recently ordered the dump pouch (small size) and the pouch itself is very well made and is a great design for its purpose. I received my pouch and only tried it out on my belt once and then a few weeks later I noticed the stitching near the belt loop / molle area was separating! Perhaps I just got one that slip through QC, no big deal, and with out any questions or hesitation Raptor Tactical received my return on a Tuesday and I had it back repaired and good to go , on Thursday of the same week (2 days). That is something I never expected and have to give you guys a 5 star review for sure. Very satisfying knowing there is still some companies out there that actually care about there customers. ???? I ordered knowing it would take some time to receive, because they were transparent and honest from the beginning. 2 weeks after I ordered the belt shipped.
