I think they are very honest because another place we took the car to for an inspection said we needed new brakes, etc… in order to pass inspection. So, I took the car to Norbel instead. Norbel was honest in my opinion. The car passed inspection, and Norbel did not try to sell us any (unnecessary) repairs."
