"DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! CAVEAT EMPTOR! I took my vehicle (2019 model)here for a Routine service maintenance. They did an initial inspection and came up with a whole bunch of issues that was thousands of dollars they claim that it was under warranty and I wouldn’t have to pay anything so I agreed to the services unfortunately, a few weeks later, the car has multiple issues I would not take your car here. Not sure what they did to my car. Caused issues and they over charge! You have been warned!"

"A+++ What a great experience. I can't thank Keith enough who is the service manager at Rockville Center GMC. I had issues with my brand new 2023 Sierra Denali and he took care of it in a timely manor and also provided me with a courtesy vehicle. Keith stayed on top of informing me what they were up to with my vehicle and assured me they will find the issue! I first brought my vehicle to king o rourke in Smithtown and it was a nightmare. Very unprofessional and were unable to fix my trucks issue. If you ever need service on your vehicle or looking to buy/lease then GMC in Rockville center is your place! Outstanding customer service and they make you feel at ease if you have any issues. My family and I will always use this dealership! Also don't want to forget Dave in service who would call me with updates as well. He is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. They honor my aftermarket Buick/GMC warranty with zero push back unlike at Karp down the road. It was easy to make an appt and stay on top of the progress of the car status."

While signing in vehicle the senior service advisor stated the service center was GMC and I should of taken my vehicle to Chevy. Not happy with his comments. But they took the car in for service.
