I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and was never acknowledged, although a few employees walked past me without saying anything. I ended up leaving. I recommend people looking for repairs go elsewhere because they truly don’t care."

From previous experience I knew the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and Andrea was no exception. She made me feel comfortable and helped assure I had the right bike and fit. They guys in the back gave it a quick tune up and I had a great ride Friday afternoon. The Bicycle Chain is hands down the best place to get quality bikes and gear."
