"Our stay at Batavia Downs was a lot of fun, we went for a date night on a whim and had moments that rival larger casinos. No regular tables or card games but that was no problem. The bar area was happening and the machines were paying well. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the hotel at Batavia Downs. The rooms were kept nicely and modern and spacious, high ceilings gave a upscale feel to the room. Our room was on the first floor and looked right out onto the track. In the morning we could see horses exercising which almost felt a little surreal. We couldn't have been more thrilled by the experience. The included breakfast buffet ends at 10:00 a.m. so make sure to set an alarm because the food was prepared nicely and kept fresh. Breakfast is served in the main track viewing area, watching the horses exercise on the track made the experience even more relaxing. My wife and I couldn't believe the night we had. The drink prices were decent and food options were very appetizing. We would highly recommend going, and we will be back in the future."
