"I brought my venue because the horn was not working. My advisor Jason is great, the mechanic check and decided to order new horn. when the part came, I brought the car back and they fix it within couple hours. Now I am waiting for them to order the part for my third brake light and the reverse camera screen that for some reason fail couple of times. When you bring your car, ask for Jason, he will take good care of you."

"Caught multiple people in the service department lying about the maintenance they performed on my vehicle. I came in for a very specific reason: suspected AC drain line clog. The technician and coordinator were instead singularly focused over the next 2 hours on only performing the mileage-based maintenance package I was due for. No attempt was ever made to even assess whether my suspected diagnosis for the car was correct. I watched the techs very closely through the open garage door. I didn't see any attempts to flush or drain the insane amounts of water pooling under my floor mats. No puddle under the car. Nothing. When the maintenance was done and the car was brought to me, I asked if they flushed the line or did any work on it. The tech admitted that they didn't and then rushed to get the car back on the jacks for not even 5 minutes before bringing it back to me. You still didn't do the work. At that point, you wanted me gone and out the door. I can understand why you have open appointments when every other dealership wouldn't see me until December, require multiple days to work on the car, or insisted that pressurization tests would be necessary."
