"I absolutely love this store and the employees that work there! 2 weeks ago was our first time in an Oakley store and we made a purchase, I left a good review with Oakley that day because our experience was so awesome. There was an issue with the glasses I picked which was my fault. I went in today and they helped me find what I needed and fixed the issue that I was having with ease. I have yet to meet someone in that store that wasn’t kind and helpful. Bennett was there to help us both times and is wonderful! He’s helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient, ect. If you are looking for a great location this is the one!"

"EDIT: I went back in after I cooled off and asked them if they could just switch the lenses out to "create" the pair that I was told was available. They did, so not totally unhappy now. Wish they could have suggested that in the moment. Upgrade to 3 stars. Was at a different mall looking for a specific pair of Holbrook sunglasses. They didn't have any so I called the Oakley Vault in Concord Mills. I asked the gentleman if they had a pair with: Holbrook XL, Ruby Lense, a non orange O logo, and either matte black or matte camo black frames . He said they did. So I drove 30 minutes there, and guess what? They didn't have them. He said they have the frames he said they had, and the lenses, but not the actual glasses I told him I wanted. My request wasn't very difficult. He said they could order them for me of course. I feel like they'll tell you anything on the phone to get your foot in the door."
