"I've seen many HUD properties. This is the best one ever! Built circa 2013. Background checks. Beautiful clean apartments. Giant kitchen, central air, big fridge, many beautiful wood cabinets. Emergency pulls in bedroom and bathroom. Severe storm proof construction. Almost 100% soundproof firewalls between apts. On site laundry. 62+ only. All one story--no one above or below you. Friendly senior neighbors. 38 units. Great management. Your front door opens to your own covered front porch with lawn and well manicured hedge. Tastefully designed. No crime area near $300+ K homes. No public transit. Abuts beautiful nature preserve. Large Loris senior center with exercise equipment and much more is literally a five minute paved walk through nature park forest. Loris is a great small southern town, very friendly in the early stages of a huge regional real estate boom with tens of thousands of out of state people moving to the area. Grand Strand beaches only 25 miles away. Waiting list 4-12+ months but well worth it."
