"I'm starting off with 3 stars as tow driver said he was taking my car here on Friday 12/29 and site says open from 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays went by there at around 11 am place locked up like a drum tried to call and voice mail message to low to understand and when I got back home had insurance company call and all 301 304 and other extensions VM boxes full so I know currently they do not check and delete messages so will try Monday 01/01/24 see if lucky to be open if not then on Tuesday if no response then will take further steps"
