Someone called 11:45 and was upset that he had to wait, so he left. . Pickup time came and went. Called the base and they say they have no drivers. Its now 12:48. Time to choose a new company to take me to my appointments."
"The worst taxi company I’ve used last mth they made me miss my sons appt continuously telling me my cab was coming and an hr later they then sent a new cab after standing in the cold for that long after work and this morning I give them a chance again getting out of work to just deal with the same again they first said 6 mins I called again they said 5 more mins and hung up their workers are disrespectful and they do not value or care abt customers. Disgusting service"
