"Terrible greedy company. Basically they pay drivers 9 dollar per hour and that is way below minimum wage. Extra 15 percent gratuity they take from customer and add to the driver. So customer pays what they should pay to add that deference. In that case most customers will not add extra tip because company tells them they already payed in gratuity. And then when they deduct almost 40 percent income taxes driver makes nothing. If that is not modern day slavery I don’t know what it is? This should be closed not even to exist. To making themselves rich over poor people backs."

"Charged $412.58 for a ten mile trip because they did not advertise that there is a three hour minimum (and also, they charged five hours on my invoice). Further, the driver was 20 minutes late for the pick up. They have replaced Groundlink, which was a great and reliable service. Do not use."
