"Barry needs a heavy dose of customer service training. He had my daughter's car from closing Saturday until Tuesday morning without any work being done. Just 2 days prior I had spent $640 on parts and labor because he told me I needed plugs and coils and then 2 days later the car was sputtering on a short run to New Jersey and then he is telling me I need to replace 3/6 fuel injectors at $375 a piece. I did not also have a high trust value in him the first time he replaced the coils and plugs because he told me he had put the old ones in the car and then he told me he dumped them. Be careful with the mechanics you go to."
