"OK, so here we are fast-forward a year later and still Kia and Huntington continues to lie to people they did not do what they could to fix my vehicles. In fact, when they changed my oil, they didn’t put oil back in and blew my turbo. I wonder what excuse they’ll give you for that anyway, this is a particular company that just in Huntington alone that does not do the right thing. I’ve been to other Kia dealerships and they were amazing. I’ve had no problems with anyone else, these people here are just horrible the Man that sits behind the desk claiming to be the head manager of the place whether he’s the owner or not was not completely clear to me I was told he was the owner and the female was his wife. I don’t know I don’t care what I do know is that nothing was resolved no other problems got resolved and then lying about me getting to 15,000 miles on my oil change was a lie to because I tried for six months to get a loaner car to drop my car off to have the updates and things that needed to be done. I have a sick parent I need my car and I work 11 hours a day I would need my car all the time so I need a loaner and that was the delay then when they took it to fix the horn, they still didn’t do the oil change so it was another almost 3 months later before they finally got around to doing their job so clearly people need to stop lying and if they wanted to do anything to try to fix this or anything else, they wouldn’t have been telling me to leave and not to come back when not once did I raise my voice or speak to them disrespectfully at all, although the man behind the desk who claim to be the head, owner boss manager whatever you wanna call him was completely rude and nothing got resolved. The car was a lemon from day. One has always been a lemon. They hid the fact that I came back several times in the beginning, complaining about problems with the vehicle and never did anything about it. Please do yourself a favor and don’t ever shop at this dealership. Yes, the sales people are very nice but that administrator there gentleman whatever you wanna call him rude man he is not a good person and just for that reason I would never shop there again and I have a leased vehicle that they have now managed to completely destroy because how do you forget to put oil back into the engine when you get done doing an oil change and how do you not write down all the persons care and concerns and how do you not change the oil when you finally come in to get your broken horn done three months later now six months later get an oil change it’s ridiculous lies after lies"
