"I stopped by about 6:30 this morning for the first time. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. I got the Apple Pie Crumble protein smoothy. It is excellent. I have already recommended to my wife that Mint Hill Nutrition is a good place for healthy protein shakes for her diabetic 86 year old dad. A tasty way to supplement his diet. This is a great addition to Mint Hill. I plan to stop by again on the way to work. They open at 6 AM, y'all."
"To say this was nasty would be an understatement. First of all they put no toppings, no drizzle, or literally anything on this drink to make it look and taste more appealing like all the other places do. Second, this drink (I got s’mores) literally tastes like you mixed low quality chocolate protein powder with artificial sweetener and ice and blended it. I’ve been to a decent amount of nutrition places and this place definitely did disappoint. And for $10?"
