"Drivers don’t want to drive to my destination so they never pick me up by the time given or sometimes they don’t pick me Up at all. 8-10 min always becomes 15-20 and I’m always late to work no matter how early I call. I spent 30 minutes waiting for a cab and they always want to tell me a higher price than what the company tells me. It’s not fair because I always put my money into this service to just get disregarded just for $5 more."

"I have used Fenix for more than 10 years. Met wonderful drivers, and the owner. Today I had the most AWFUL experience the Manager Betsy or Betty harassed me with phone calls because the driver Luis Lema (a new driver) did NOT have the credit card device. When I arrived to my workplace, he told me you have to pay CASH. Mostly I pay with my credit card, never Had an issue with the previous drivers. But there's always one, who is harassing with phone calls to get his 20 lousy dollars. Definitely I won't be using this company."
