"I came in Saturday and the customer service is HORRIBLE. No body spoke it was 3 associates and 2 sitting their phones, a gentleman just looking at people walk in. One of the ladies watched me look at a hat as I was standing there and not once said anything. Took my business elsewhere. I'm in management so I know what customer service looks like and that stores employees definitely doesn't have it. It was a shame bc I'm on a mission to find certain hats. I'm truly disappointed."

"I went to the Northlake location to purchase my husband a birthday gift. When looking for a special hat I encountered a rude young man with Tattoos on his arm that was not helpful in assisting me with information about getting my husband hat personalized. He was not interested in helping me and wanted to finish his personal call with his earpiece in his ear. I asked him who was the manager and he said he was the assistant manager! After he told me this information, I asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere! I hope this young man gets the necessary training he needs to communicate with customers going forward or this will be another store that will be closed inside of Northlake Mall!"

"One of the most customer service oriented stores in Charlotte! Went with a snap back hat to get embroidered and Chris took his time finding the perfect color threads. Needless to say that the hat came out perfect! If you ever need anything just ask for Chris."

"I'm a faithful customer at LIDS and I've gotten a lot of embroidery work done here, but I'm disappointed and absolutely not satisfied with the last embroidery job I had done there. I showed the manager his work was crooked & not straight. His first reply was, "It's your chest." I said, no its not me, it's you. He wasn't very professional and I felt that that was a very hood & childish remark. When I come to lids I seek satisfaction, courtesy, and respect. At least the last manager offered to fix any bad work free of charge. This is unacceptable. I need more of these shirts done but I'm not going back there for embroidery. Shame."
