"Love living here. Only issues are a resident who's car music is so loud it rattles my windows and trash from upstair's apartment constantly landing on my patio!!!! I feel some residents don't care how the grounds look nor do certain residents care about the rules nor taking other residents into consideration. Management is awesome and very friendly."
"I was really looking into moving here but after coming on the site and not one picture of any of the apartments inside let me know up front something is absolutely fishy here. I can never ever recall EVER looking into a complex where there were not MULTIPLE PICS. Also no where does it show any of the rates for rent. That’s absolutely fine will not waste my time and will warn others if they show interest in this place, wow"
"This is the ABSOLUTE worse place to rent from! Between the lack of management and maintenance. I dont which is worse! There is NEVER someone available to talk to. They FREELY walk into you apartment, doesn't matter if your not home. The structure of the buildings have been questioned by multiple contractors. Especially, when you mention they allow only ONE PLANT per room, due to "TO MUCH MOISTURE". They DO NOT treat every tenant the same by far. I will NEVER recommend this place. Not even to a dying rat."
"Put an application in a few months ago and was working with them to get into an apartment for a month and a half. A month ago I started getting the answering machine and no one was calling me back. A few weeks ago I looked elsewhere and within days I was in an apartment. I don’t know why their application process takes so long, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to get an apartment at Palmer greens unless you have months to wait on getting into one."
"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! YES THIS IS A LENGHTY REVIEW! Ever since the property manager (Roslyn) we've had for the last two years moved, this place has been a mess. She was an absolute doll, treated us all with respect, and made sure our requests were handled in a timely manner. The rent goes up 15$ every year, and while these apartments are pretty nice it's still not worth it. The after hours answering service they use is piss poor. They are rude, inconsiderate, and you have to literally call about 5 times before they even page maintenance. We've had two temp property managers since Roslyn left, and they were both very unprofessional. The office hardly ever open anymore, and when it is you're treated as is yourw a pain when going to them about any issues. The temp that we have now is a very rude, and stuck up Italian lady. Two days ago during inspections, she and the maintenance guy with her claim to have left their phones OUTSIDE in a cart, while they entered each unit to conduct inspections. That was stupid on their part, anyone with common sense knows that's just something you don't do. To make a long story short, while they were inspecting our Building, my fiance and a friend of his were outside receiving a delivery I ordered. She came to my door TWICE accusing him of taking their phones, saying she saw them along with the delivery guy walking by bringing our order upstairs. After the second time she rung my doorbell, I politely went outside to ask why she would assume that my fiance took her phone. I began to try to explain how it was very offensive because for one you're assuming that just because you see black men walking by, that they took your property. Before I could get my sentence out she had the audacity to walk up in me and yelled in my face that "her son was black". At that point as much as I wanted to knock her down with one hit, I looked her dead into her face and told her if she didn't get out of my face, it would be ugly. Now i will admit that while telling her to get out of my face, I used ALOT of ugly words. I forgot to add in earlier that when she came to my fiance asking about the phones, she stated that "the phones aren't worth much anyways", and that "she also had a pack of gum in the cart that is now empty on the floor". Anyways back to the confrontation, I told her that I had already left a message for corporate before I even came outside, and at that point she completely brought her attitude down a few notches. While this was all happening, the maintenance man stood at his vehicle and didn't do a thing, or say a word even though he came to the door with her the second time. She everntually got into her vehicle and left, at that time I attempted for the Third time to contact the corporate office. A few of the other residents have mentioned how she entered their homes to do inspections without speaking, which just confirms how rude she is. She failed my neighbors inspection stating on the form that "the kitchen floor LOOKED dirty", absolutely ridiculous. I've attempted again today to reach someon3 in the corporate office, and still have not gotten an answer or call back. Honestly I probably will not hear back from corporate, because as I stated earlier, they NEVER answer our calls, nor do they care about any of our concerns, but you can bet they'll send a notice out for eviction, or late fee. Let me just say that we are very blessed, and my fiance, his friend or the delivery guy had absolutely no reason to take anyone's phone. They all had only one mission in mind, and that was to get our delivery up the stairs. Neither one of them payed any attention to them or their cart. I don't know what the new property managers name is, but i do plan on finding out, and I will definitely push this issue until something is done about it, I don't care how long it takes. We all pay rent with our hard earned money here, and we are absolutely fed up with the carelessness of the company. This incident was definitely icing on the cake."
