"Ms. Sabra provided valuable assistance during my move-in process. However, I must express concerns about the persistent odor of old cigarettes in my apartment, which, despite the office's attempts, remains unresolved, possibly rooted in the carpet or walls. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of upkeep, as evident in the neglected fall leaves around the apartments. Communication from the management regarding scheduled entries into tenants' homes is inconsistent, overshadowed by frequent emails about unrelated matters such as weekly food trucks. The front office manager, whom I believe sits to the right, has been unhelpful and condescending in my interactions. Despite addressing issues and concerns, they are often shrugged off. Attempts to contact the office by phone were unsuccessful due to an apparent service issue. A recent visit to the office was met with an unattended front desk, with a future tenant having to step in and inform me that the manager was available but did not feel the need to greet me as I did not enter her office. While the location is favorable, the challenges posed by management and the overall apartment experience may outweigh its conveniences. Prospective tenants should consider these factors before deciding to move in."
"Willow Ridge is a very good community that has everything you need within a 5 mins drive. The manager staff is very attentive and the maintenance crew are mindful and respectful. We’ve been here for 11 months and we are comfortable with our decision to stay another year."
"I have had no issues with this community. It’s quiet and convenient to how I live my life. This community is located in a really good spot. Don’t have to travel far from home to get what I need. They keep this place up. Landscape always good, they are always cleaning something. They may not be the most updated apartment and you can find nicer. But this community is definitely dope."
"After having a horrible experience with another apartment complex, our experience with Willow Ridge was a huge relief. Sabra has been nothing but kind and helpful throughout the process. She stayed in communication with us, responded fast, and got us into our new home with ease. The apartments are beautiful too and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Highly recommend paying Sabra a visit if you’re looking to move!"
