"I've only been here about a week. And no complaints so far. To me it's nice and quiet. Yeah I hear the upstairs neighbors. But not as much as other apartments I've lived in. Walls arent thin. I have yet to hear my neighbor beside me. Overall a very nice place to live. Update: still love the place ❤️ and I put in a work order to be completed on a previous Monday at noon he come by at 10 am. And the maintenance man was very nice. I think I'm going to love being here. never had nice maintenance people. If I could give more stars I would."

"I’ve deleted many reviews for this place to be kind, and I won’t be deleting anything again. DO NOT RENT HERE. All the high star reviews are fake. These apartments are extremely overpriced for this run down area. I hear every sound from the upstairs tenant. There is no sound barrier between their floor and our roof. I have had several packages stolen since moving back here. There are many people living here with questionable mental health conditions and/or they’re simply on drugs. I brought up a serious concern to management and they did absolutely nothing. They sit on their behinds all day and drive around with their little carts to seem like they’re doing something. There is feces all over the place and the water coming out of the faucets here is not clear. All last summer the maintenance staff would sit and watch me swim with my two young children. It made me extremely uncomfortable, and I reported it to the front office. I made it very clear that I was not comfortable with the maintenance team being alone in my unit, at any point. In response, I would catch the maintenance team circling my unit throughout the day, trying to intimidate myself and my kids while we did any activities outdoors. Earlier this year, maintenance entered my unit, unauthorized! Save your money and go elsewhere, fast."
