"When I first took my car to get washed here I was satisfied with the services so I kept coming back. Recently though their performance and service quality have decreased significantly. The last time I went there I payed full price for the cleaning of the outside and inside of my car and they said they wouldn’t be able to clean the inside because they didn’t have enough people. Fair enough I thought. I understood and still payed full price and left. Today I went back for a wash and I asked for their most expensive service. I asked if they could add the shine to the inside of my car like they had done so the first few times I’ve come in. Again they told me there wasn’t anyone there that could do that and I still had to pay full price. If I’m paying for their most expensive service then I expect my car to be spotless. And so far this is the worst job they have done."

"Unfortunately, this place provides inconsistent service. With the right team, you get a fair job at a fair price. Unfortunately, they don’t always have the A-Team working. Today I took my car in and they told me there was a problem with the oil drain plug, since I had been consistently coming here, I told them I wanted to speak to a manager, unfortunately, I was told no one would be in until tomorrow. The attitude of those working the morning of January 26 was absolutely poor, And I absolutely won’t be back. You would think for a $70 oil change, that they could hire professional staff that competently knew how to take care of your car, why would that be so hard?"

"Literally the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. They couldn’t even be bothered to wipe a rag on any of the dust on the interior, by the dash. Nothing. I live close and thought it would be convenient but I’ll have to drive a little extra next time if I actually want my car cleaned correctly."

"I looked professional when they rendered the service - oil change and other checkups. Unfortunately, right after I left the service I realized that my tires were over pressurized - instead of documented max pressure of 36psi the guy put 46psi. Next morning I checked the oil level - above max (the car was leveled properly). When visit such services you expect that everything will be done professionally."

"It is not the greatest service anymore as I sent my car 3 times for detailing. The car was never cleaned properly and always have to repeat to them. Paying $180.00 for service each time and not getting proper service is the problem. They are leaving compound or polish on your car and you have to wipe it off yourself and clean the spots in the interior so what's the point to pay them to do it."
