"Here to take your money and leave you worse off than before you opened that door. I came in because my lip filler migrated within 9 months in THREE different spots. Joy couldn't see the migration. While I was there I brought up the issue with the botox I received. The first time I received botox at Marsha medspa it was a great experience and I felt comfortable coming back. the second time I came back I was with a different injector and the results were not at all what I asked for. When I spoke of my concerns with Joy she stated "it wasn't our mistake because we didn't create the wrinkle" if it wasn't done right the first or second time, then I would have been coming back for a third, fourth, who knows how many times to get it corrected. I have received botox many times before and have NEVER had this happen. I truly feel like I was talked into needing things I did not need, compared to my prior experience at another med spa. When I spoke of my concern it was completely dismissed. I spent so much money and would have had to keep spending more money because it wasn't done correctly the first or second time. I understand everyone is different, however defending the business so much that you lost a customer instead of listening to my concerns, is it really worth it? Joy told me I should of had them inject in a specific area, if I told them my concern and what I want as a result, why would I tell them specifically where to inject? I am not the medical professional. I highly suggest making the hour or two hour drive to a more professional and more experienced med spa. in the end, you will save money, be treated with respect and be happy with your results."
