They don’t have the respect of your $35 application fee and nobody knows if they’re busy , you’re disapproved or not . Not a good company. When you call nobody will answer your call always talking to voicemail and no return call ever !"

The property managers are diligent about enforcing property rules (ex: no smoking in the units), and act quickly if there are any maintenance issues. You will be evicted if you are a trouble tenant. Property has on site gym, laundry, and playground and plenty of parking. A good affordable housing solution for Anson County."
