Along Car Service 1161 Intervale Avenue, The Bronx, NY 10459

"Scheduled weekly for a 4pm pick-up. Called in the AM to confirm. 4pm and no one showed. I called and was told "oh we tried to call you several times." I told the gentleman I had called to confirm and was standing outside my home 15mins prior to pick-up and no one came. He told me he'd have to call me back and find someone else to drive me. No callback after 20mins so I called them and the same man told me someone was coming in 10-12mins in a black camry. 30mins passed and no one showed. I decided to give up. Then, 15mins later, a driver called and he told me "no one told him he had to pick me up at 4pm" and hung up. At that point, my appointment wound up being virtual because they failed to show. Not using them again."

"Horrible four times I had them supposed to pick me up in four times they never picked me up why I have no idea but my opinion they're horrible and I'll never use them with anybody else to use them"
