"On 2/9/24.God sent Alex (maintenance) to knock on my door after he saw my car in the parking lot. Apparently, the office did not have their original keys to enter my apartment for yearly check up because I came home one day from work at 19:30pm and Anson at the lakes keys were at my door. (Imagine)? I held the keys for months but decided to give them to Alex today after he showed how personally concerned he was about it. Alex checked, fixed and send other guys to do different tasks. Alex for President and Manager because he cares and loves his job. Unlike many people! Please, Kudos for Alex. Thank you and keep up the good job Alex."

"Been living here since 2019. Had the pandemic not created a series of issues for me I would have moved a long time ago. I have been complaining all four years I’ve lived here that my dishwasher does not heat and therefore does not clean my dishes & has black mold as well as an extremely unsanitary odor. The first time I mentioned it shortly after I moved in I was told that the dishwasher was an amenity and not a necessity so essentially they didn’t have to do anything about it. I put in a maintenance request to see if I could get a different response, the maintenance man came, turned it on, turned it back off and said “your dishwasher is fixed.” I tried again to go into the office to resolve this and was told to email another office personnel who did not respond. I tried emailing Kelsey the office manager, she addressed everything else in my email but ignored the part about the dishwasher. When I replied asking about the dishwasher specifically, she responded that she was leaving for the day and told me to send my concern to the general office email, as if it would have taken too much effort for her to pass the message along to whomever would be addressing it when I sent it to the office email. I sent the message to the office email, no reply. I sent an email to Bell Partners directly: ignored. So here I am with an unusable dishwasher doing dishes by hand, for $1170 a month."

So thank you to whoever read this review and got it handled. I appreciate it. Great customer service.** **I've also edited my review to take out opinions and stick with the facts** On November 15th, 3 days after moving in, I put in a maintenance request for my broken dishwasher. I waited two weeks, didn't hear anything and started following up by calling and visiting the office on several occasions. It's been nearly 5 weeks without a clear update, and I am irritated because I am paying for a dishwasher I have never been able to use. I was told that the maintenance manager is aware, and is working on it. Or that my repair had been "scheduled". And that someone would follow up with me. That hasn't happened."
"I’ve lived at this community for 2 months and have really been enjoying it. The community is beautiful and there is plenty of grass for my dog. The bark park is also super spacious too! I had a great experience working with Gabriela from the leasing office. She helped me with getting my new car registered and getting my mail room key. She always has a smile on her face is and ready to help."
