"The absolute worst apartments to rent from. They overcharge for rent when there are NO amenities at all except a pool that isn't open and we still get charged for it. My apartment has been infested with roaches for months now, when pest does come all they do is spray on the floor when they're all in the cabinets and other places. The floors are over 20 years old and they refuse to fix them and hear constant loud squeaks all day. We get charged for the most pointless things. It is not worth the price at all."
"If you are looking into this apartment. Just assume they don’t have a pool but you will pay for the pool. We all pay for the pool. The pool is closed. And now it’s July 2nd. And it’s still closed. They sent a message to the entire complex saying if we try to use the pool we will be fined…. Our lease contract included a pool. They haven’t credited back the money we are paying for the pool. Same thing happened in 2021. Pool was closed all year and we still pay for it. The least they could do is give everyone a credit on there lease if we can’t use the pool that is supposed to be one of the amenities."
"Oh where to begin... Let's start with some pros: Decent location, close to 485 and a reasonable drive to grocery stores/shopping. That's about it. Cons: It's very expensive for what you eventually get. The smallest apartment is 1k and above, and for that you will get a decent stove, the refrigerator is dated, dish washer works but doesn't clean very well. The disposal in my sink never worked and the pipes were constantly clogged (I will get to actually reaching maintenance or office personnel shortly). The carpet wasn't replaced and had several stains from the previous tenant. The "hardwood" floors were so haphazardly installed that excess glue from underneath was squeezing it's way through the cracks. Also, bring lots of bulbs to replace the burned out ones in the bathroom (sink area). Oh and the pool is never open (can't blame Covid anymore), and good luck running into a neighbor for the code to the laundry room. All of those things can be addressed, yet they never are. In fact, as mentioned earlier, it is impossible to reach anyone in maintenance or the office. The number listed online goes to a voicemail that no one checks, and the very email the owner listed in these reviews to "talk it over" never gets replied to. These negative reviews are all legitimate problems that everyone in this complex faces. Every single one of them has this in common, the owners are impossible to connect with. They do not reply to any form of correspondence. The problems you have the day you move in will continue to be problems until you move out. Honestly, as hard as it is to find affordable housing right now, you aren't doing yourself any favors by considered this apartment complex. I would avoid any property owned and managed by Solomon Org. It's not that there are problems and the property management doesn't know about them, it's that they simply don't care. For your own sanity and well being, look elsewhere when choosing a home."
"Hot water heater stopped working. What do they do? Tell us to just keep turning the breaker on and off. It took me telling them we need a new one to get it. Now, they’re dragging their feet. We’ve had to go 7 days without ANY hot water. The lady at the office doesn’t have a singular care in the world. Maintenance guy is actually cool. But if you want even a bare minimum quality life, DON’T LIVE HERE."
"Decent quality apartments. My roof was cracking. Fine enough cost. Good luck if you ever have an issue with your apartment because maintenance and management will not help you. My AC went out in July and it was not fixed for two weeks. 100 degree weather with no AC. Two weeks. I'm lucky to have only been out for two weeks, after reading some reviews it seems like other residents were out of AC for even longer. My lease ended yesterday and I had an issue confirming whether or not they knew I was leaving. I left several voicemails, stood outside the leasing office Friday morning for almost an hour, and sent multiple emails. No response until the DAY of my lease. The response was not even from the office it was from a specific woman I last had contact with in January. No one had been in the office for the whole weekend. I had to leave my keys in a bag in the mail slot. Tell me how this is a good way to manage an apartment complex? Explain to me why this apartment was worth over $1000 a month. I'll give you a hint: it's not. No experience with bugs, though. So that's nice."
