Groomed To Perfection

"Groomed was the only place that accepted new clients. We drove from Murphy for an early afternoon appointment. They were so busy! The girl said to come back at 5, kind of a pain. We had to go back home, which was a bummer. What are we supposed to do? It's not Groomed to Perfections fault. There are no groomers and my hat's off to those who do work. The girls did a great job! I star knock for having to come back, but we will definitely go back. God Bless these hard working ladies."

"First appt was great. Tonya did a wonderful job grooming our dog (reason for 2 stars instead of 1). We set up the next appt and when we showed up no one was there. Cars in the lot but lights out and door locked. We called and left a message thinking maybe there was an emergency but we were never called back. It’s so hard to find a groomer in this area taking new clients let alone one that does a good job. Poor business practices have lost them a client that would have scheduled consistently. Very frustrated and disappointed."
