"This burger king is almost too nice! It has a new building that is really nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend."

"I would rate the service as a zero if I could. When we arrived at the restaurant, no one acknowledged us, so we were forced to use the self-serve kiosk. The kiosk did not show the order properly to the kitchen, so they remade the sandwiches 3 different times until the manager had to make them. All told we had to wait 30 minutes to get our counter order. The restroom choices were between a bomb went off with urine and feces covering the toilet seat surfaces or a restroom that wasn't stocked with any toilet paper. The restaurant was very dirty overall, with trash visible on the floor of the kitchen. The guest area looked as if no one had taken any time to clean or sanitize the tables or the drink bar area. Old fry oil is the prominent smell upon entry into the restaurant. I will not be returning."

"Won’t go here again that’s for sure. Stopped tonight to get something quick to eat, paid 2.99 for one of the new wraps took it home and what a joke. One tomato and a half slice of chicken and a few pieces of lettuce. Waited almost 10 mins for it in the drive through and they weren’t even busy. I know it’s not the workers fault for prices but for 3.00 and all I got was this."

"Ate at this new location for the first time today on my way to shop at Trader Joe's. I ordered a small Whopper meal. The small fries were unusually small, but warm and fresh. The Whopper was as ordered, no tomato, extra pickles. The burger was fine. However, I still believe the best location to eat a Whopper in Syracuse is across the street from Wegmans Fairmount."
