"I have never experienced someone screaming at their customers for no reason and lying about having information from my car, the receptionist and the owner Freddy were very unwelcoming and refused to hear me out even though I was trying to corporate and communicate with my insurance and them. After I had called my insurance and confirmed they did get an email with my car information after them stating they had nothing. They found the email and stated they canceled everything. Freddy had an attitude and started screaming that even his receptionist took a step back I will never go back due to their customer service it is unacceptable there was no reason for Freddy to start raising his tone and screaming for no valid reason and called it “expressing himself” and refusing for any type of service. They don’t even deserve a star I would recommend going to other shops around that are very good a top tier with their services"

"I had my car repaired by them after a minor accident, they did the job well, but they broke the button for raising the right front window, I asked them to repair it, after which they pushed me out of the office, took the keys and drove the car out onto the road. very ill-mannered and rude, so I did not recommend them to others."

"I’ve known these people for decades since I use to work just down the road from them and they have done work for people and companies I know. They do excellent work. However my 2 start is because I did not get a welcoming experience from them, I came to them after a small accident where the insurance sent me to them, they refused to even look at my car without the insurance work order and even worse told me they can only give me an estimate if they are going to do the repairs. I found that very entrapping and unpleasant. Like the guy wasn’t even nice about it, his tone was more of a stern warning which was unprofessional, rude and uncalled for. I opted to have the insurance send an appraiser so the can cut me a check and I’ll drive to PA to my cousins shop and let him do the work. Mastroddi’s, you guys are great at what you do, your work is worthy of recognition but I think it would be better if you treat customers with the same respect, professionalism and kindness you’d want in every situation when you are the customer."

"Exceptional auto body work. Professional, kind, helpful staff. I was able to drop my car off within a couple days, and the work was completed very soon thereafter. Hopefully I won't be needing any auto body work anytime soon. But if I do, I'll definitely be going to Mastroddi Auto Body Inc."
