"Believe they overstrung my racket and when I came back to ask them to check it the owner got extremely combative and defensive about it and began yelling at me that I didnt know what I was talking about. Wouldn't even entertain the idea of checking if it was correct (probably because he knows its not) and told me I should go elsewhere if I'm not happy. Dont know how you've been in the business this many years with the way you talk to your customers, extremely disappointed in my experience."
