"No one returns your phone calls. Need to call 10 times before someone picks up the phone. When you book an appointment online it will take you two months to get an oil change. It is a routine for them to call you the day before your appointment to cancel it. Jessica always says managers are NOT AVALIABLE to talk. They are short on workers because management doesn't retain their workers. Steve GM doesn't return the phone call either. I tried Glencove and no hassle at all. I own four makes of car and Huntington is the only one that gave me problems for three years in a row. I had enough"

"The front desk staff does not book appointments currently. They do not keep their promise. I booked my appointment 1 month before. When I made the appointment Jessica said it will take 4 hours for an oil change and we are not providing loaners. Then two days before my appointment she calls back to say it will take 72 hours to do an oil change. I have owned many cars and at tops 3 hours is all I had to wait. 72 hours for oil change is unheard of. They are cheating. When I asked to speak to the manager Jessica stated that he went to Florida and do not know if he will come back. I asked for assistant manager and he too is not available. What kind of business are you running?"

"My spouse just bought a car there. Salesperson took us for a spin, we drove. No highway. We were looking for a hybrid car for local and long distance drives. We were allowed to test it out after they found the color and model requested. Almost empty tank and the hybrid battery was not charged. This is not a good thing. Should be kept charged or it will ruin the battery. Suggested that it should be charged when we picked it up a few days later. Nope. The dealer had barely finished detailing the car when we arrived. The car now had a full tank of gas but the hybrid battery was not charged. We had arrived well after they opened with a bank check in hand. Then the post sales pitches started... Extended warranty... Wait. You don't stand behind your product? Well the British and EU rate Volvo fair after four years. So, we picked up an extension to cover a few more years since they tend to have problems at that time. So, I'm not very impressed.with this dealership Their hours are like bankers: never there when it would be convenient and closed half the weekend. There were also missing parts and it should have been simply corrected as the car shares this part with other cars and not refunded. The salesperson was not knowledgeable and even bashed their electric car for its poor range. Given that the vehicle is a hybrid they should offer electric adapters. They gave us a 15 or twenty amp charger. It charges like an old person drives.... Slowly. Dealership is in a good spot but run by someone who isn't looking for sales."
