"A horribly run company. Don't waste your time ordering anything from these people. I ordered a Christmas gift for my parents on Dec. 12th...got an email saying it would be there within 5 to 10 days. Christmas came an went, yet it never arrived. I contacted the company the day after Christmas, and they said they were closed until Jan. 4th and wouldn't be able to assist until then. On Jan. 6th, after receiving no response, I contacted the company again, only to find out that my order had "become lost in their spam folder" and the item I ordered was no longer available. What a joke!"
